Apperature problem with Orcad Layout 9.0

After laying out my pcb using Orcad Layout 9.0, the post processor will not allow an aperture that is needed for one of the layers. The pcb is 12-layers, and the other layers show this aperture correctly. I am using free track obstacles on all the layers to make my connections to pads. How can I get this aperture into the layer that is missing it?
