Gerber file problem

Working with Orcad Layout 9.0, I am finding that when I run the post processor to generate the gerber files, one of the gerber files does not have what the others have. That is, I am making a 12-layer board and all the routing layers are essentially the same. The  correct gerber files show 168K of data, however the "bad" file has only 6K. Another file has almost 3x the data as the "correct" files. What can be the problem here? I have attached CIB1274.zip that has the gerbers in question. Specifically, look at CIB1274.I10 (6K) and CIB1274.IN8 (490K). What could be the problem here? Please advise, thanks.
