Hi Prof. Zhou,

In the prediction dictionary, 

what is 'normmats' entry?

Also, I downloaded the expected contact frequency file. I understand that the values are log(expected). When I restored "expected" values, they are still very small numbers. If I download the .hic file of the H1 Micro-C data used, and if I get observed and oe matrices, the expected values will be much bigger? So, my question is why are the expected values I downloaded are small? Am I doing something wrong?
