Are there plans to compile this against Scala 2.10?

There are no plans. However the project does take contributors, if you'd like to do it.

3.2 compiles and tests fine against Scala 2.10 without any code changes (just the version in build.sbt). I haven't had time to test it in a full application yet, but I cloned and created a new branch for it the other day if you want to save yourself a few seconds.
