Another issue i have found.
I've also created github issue for this (don't know if I should've but since I weren't scolded and Mr. Alessandro actually used it I did it again):

Hi Marcin,
Me, scolding anyone? It must have been someone else! :) This is now fixed. We introduced a new type, `xf:HTMLFragment`, which appears as just "HTML" in the Data Type dropdown, under Validations and Alerts. If you pick that type, the character count is calculated differently. This applies to both the character counter and any Minimum/Maximum Length validation you might have.
This is issue #2624, and the fix will be included in 2025.1.2. Thanks for reminding us about this one!
