I'm interested in displaying a banner on all pages of my Orbeon Forms site to announce maintenance windows. I saw the incomplete configuration banner in the documentation (https://doc.orbeon.com/installation/configuration-banner#rationale) and think something similar would be excellent. This will need to be something that I can turn on without restarting Tomcat. What's the best way to do this with Orbeon Forms?

Hi Aaron,
One way to do this would be to add the banner to your XSLT theme. This would need to be done on the server (unless you build a web UI that does it for you), but it doesn't require a server restart. Have you already looked into this solution, or could it work for you?
