Issue with Date Field After Upgrade to Orbeon 2023.1.8 PE

Hi Orbeon Team,

We are Orbeon license customer. We are using Orbeon for long time.

Currently we are migrating our Orbeon application from an on‑premise server to Google Cloud Platform.

Our existing application is running on Orbeon 2019.2.3 PE. As part of the migration to GCP, we are also upgrading Orbeon to version 2023.1.8 PE, using the official Docker image from Docker Hub.

During the upgrade, we are facing an issue with date fields. In the newer version, a Date field has changed to a Text field, and the date picker is no longer displayed, even though the field still expects a date value.

The issue occurs specifically with the field named “Asiakaslupausaika.”

Could you please help us understand why this change is happening and how we can resolve it?
