file upload and base64Binary

Hi,

Based on the https://github.com/orbeon/orbeon-forms/issues/4640 issue with xs:base64Binary (I tried xf:base64Binary as well) should be fixed a few versions ago.

I prepared a demo https://demo.orbeon.com/demo/fr/test/base64binary/new?form-version=1

that there is no base64 format in the node but something different

the same base64Binary in Orbeon 2019 CE

Could you explain to me how to make it work again?

Hi Jarek,

Unfortunately this regressed again, see #5297 linked below, we just fixed it a few weeks ago, and the fix will go in 2021.1.3. The thing with this feature is that it isn't exposed through Form Builder, so isn't used much, and thus easy to miss. Still, I agree, it should work! You'll let me know if you'd like to have a 2021.1.2+ test build that includes this fix, and I can send you a link.

Here you go, and yes, this is a PE build, and you'll let us know if base64 attachements works as expected with that build.

And Jarek, in case you haven't seen this already, we've released 2021.1.3 last week, which includes the fix for the base64 encoding.
