Hi,
I work in a complex group of professionals.

We would like to implement Orangescrum, we installed the community version.

To manage our complexity, I would understand, you can implement the subtasks or task groups?

Having to handle a large number of tasks. These are groups of tasks that are often repeated (only changes the project that contains them). there is a way not to rewrite them every time (since they have the same characteristics)?

RM

Hi Robert

Wish you a very happy and prosperous new year. Hope you enjoyed the new year.

That can be met by using our project template add-on. You have to purchase the project template add-on in order to avail that feature.
For this you have to pay $49 one time only.  Now we are offering flat 25% off on each add-on in the occasion of Christmas and New year.
To purchase this add-on please visit our marketplace.

Hi,
I tried the plugin and approaches to our requests.

However
, as I pointed out, we have many activities for the same project for organization we split into sub tasks, we need to monitor.

Your
plug-in part so satisfies our demands, because necessarily should be able to enter the template task as a sub task of pincipale task.

So it would give us an opportunity to check on the progress with the Gantt Chart. You can then insert the "Project Template" as a subtask of the main task that would be the name of the "Project Template"?

Regards,
RM

hI,
Furthermore
, in the time log plugin gold, it does not allow a time automatic log function that uses the operator before starting the activity and stop it at the end of it, so that the system will automatically calculate the time taken.

You can do this in any way?

Hi Robert

You can use timer functionality to achieve automatic time entry. All you need to do is start timer once and stop it when you are done. Then it will automatically calculate the time taken.

To know how to use timer please follow the below link from our helpdesk.

Hi,

I tried it
and it works, the time that counts your work time automatically, is made as plugin:
- Time log gold;
- Time log.
We can also implement on the community version?

I also tried the plugin "project template add-on" and approaches to our requests.
However, as I pointed out, we have many activities for the same project for organization we split into sub tasks, we need to monitor.

Hello Orangescrum,

I recently downloaded and implemented the community version on our server. Your blog says that it is possible to use task groups without the add-on, but I can't seem to find it in the community version. Any help?
