Delete/Remove Project?

Is there not a way to delete/remove a project? I don't see any option to do so. I created a 'test' project and want it gone. Am I stuck with this forever or is there something I'm missing here.

Answered my own question. 'Disable' feature was a little misleading but is what solved this.
