Cant start Orangescrum

Hey Guys, 

i have a Problem with the installation of orangescrum.

I followed every documentation with ubuntu 16.04 / 18.04 / 20.04, with PHP 7.1 till 7.4 and mysql 5.6 till 8.

But every time iam done and tried to start i get a loop. It dont stop and i get following error:
