http error 500: local host currently unable to handle this request

Hello guys, 

I am not able to install Orangescrum as I am getting this error message in the browser: 

This page isn't working

localhost is currently unable to handle this request

HTTP ERROR 500. 

My system configurations are: 

Windows 8.1

PHP version: 8.0.23

Apache version: 2.4.54

MySql: 8.0.23

Moreover, I already made changes to httpd.config file in the Xampp server but the problem still persists. 

Please see attached the picture of the error message.
