Problem with installation

Hello,
Can someone help me with issue I am having when I try to install orangescrum on my web hosting (ipage.com) I get Forbidden error (You don't have permission to access / on this server.). I have done everything like from installation guide for goDaddy. I am using iPage and vDeck. Also done changes in .htaccess from guide.
