After Install on XAMPP v3.2.2 with PHP 7

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot use 'String' as class name as it is reserved in E:\\xampp\\htdocs\\orangescrumPM\\lib\\Cake\\Utility\\String.php on line 25

Does anyone know the cakePHP portion I can modify to fix this issue. It is a fatal issue and forcing the page to break,

It worked for me when I installed older version of PHP.
