Can we install OrangeScrum Windows Shared Hosting server with IIS and Plesk Panel?

I tried installing as per installation manual but showing following Error and below it is Quick Signup form where if i fill data and clicks on signup nothing happens, All db settings updated as per documentation. Please let me know solution.

ERROR DETAILS:

Welcome to Orangescrum Community Edition v1.5.8

Make sure that, 
You have write permission (777) to `app/tmp` and `app/webroot`folders
You have provided the details of SMTP email sending options in`app/Config/constants.php`
You have updated FROM_EMAIL_NOTIFY and SUPPORT_EMAIL in`app/Config/constants.php`

Can you please provide us the screen shoot of the full page?

I removed code from my Hosting server ( which is Windows Shared Hosting server with plesk panel). I will readd and will send screenshot, meanwhile Can you please confirm that,
