Hey all,

Dimension studio can now run on Linux as well. with the help of WINE
(Wine Is Not a Emulator). It was quite unstable with previous
versions of WINE. Now in latest stable version of WINE, version 1.0,
Dimension studio runs without any problems, from what i have tested.

I had installed Dimension Studio 2.3 release version. Will check with
Dimension Studio 2.4 release and let you all know.

Dimension Server already runs on Linux without any problems.

regards
Anbarasan

Well, DimensionStudio 2.3 is working good. except for some cosmetic
problems which will not stop our working. But with DimensionStudio
2.4, it is not the same, only the first time it completely started.
But i was not able to create or type anything on the spreadsheet. I
just got the error, "You cannot change the protected cell"......

and after that i was unsuccessfull in starting the studio, It will
proceed till Connecting to database, creating work bench, and the bar
will get complete and then it will crash.

For now i am doing the travel expense application in dimension
2.3.......
