We have an urgent requirement for Oracle Functional / Technical
Analyst.



Location: Goldsboro, NC

Duration: Full time (Permanent)

Availability: Immediate





Overview:



This position will work with a Project Team to enhance and maintain
Oracle Applications 11.5.10.2 and Oracle ebusiness suite. Responsible
for support, troubleshooting/resolution and systems administration of
Oracle Applications that includes manufacturing, supply chain,
distribution and financials. Candidate must be proficient in PL/SQL,
Oracle Reports, and Discoverer & Workflow. Candidate will also train
end users on the application and new functionality as necessary.



Description:





Travel as required. Complies with all company's I/S dept. design &
programming standards.

Maintains current knowledge of standard languages, programming
techniques & operations requirements.

Tests programs & systems interfaces to ensure processing accuracy &
validates that programs perform according to design requirements.

Translate system specifications into program logic including:
automated & manual system procedures, data flows, relational data base
design, system security requirements, & data conversion requirements.

Maintain current technical knowledge of Oracle, Oracle’s development &
case tools, & approved company's PC software & systems development
products.

Adherence to I/S Department documentation standards.

Assists I/S operations with the installation of new and/or revised
programs.

Provides after hour’s application programming support for computer
room personnel.

All other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Sr. Manager
of Applications.
