Hi Everyone,

I am wondering if I can create a position hierarchy with a single position (POS A) reporting to multiple positions(POS B and POS C).

Pos B     Pos C
\              /
 \            /
  \          /
     Pos A

There is this guy A, who is the Head of Department A, but reporting to two different managers Man B(Head of Dep B) and Man C(Head of Dep C).

We are not going to use position hierarchy for any transactions, the purpose is just to put in the diagrammer for viewing purpose.

Would appreciate any help/suggestions.

Thanks,
Saurav

Hi

Setting up OLM for company and tumbled across Learner Groups functionality.

There doesnt seem to be functionality to setup Learner Groups based on fields like Grade, employee category, New Hires/Leavers etc..
I assume that needs to be done using some custom API or probably direct table inserts.

Any experiences/ideas/thoughts on this?

Regards
Shiva

In Release 12.1.3, Learner Groups is inflexible and you can use Job/ Position/ Organization to set up Leaner Groups, but not the fields you have mentioned below.

From what I hear, the facility to attach Learner Groups to Eligibility Profiles would be out in future releases. Until then, you'll have to live with the limitation.
Cheers,
Sameer
