OTL Data transfer to BEE and Projects.

Hello Experts,

I had a query regarding OTL Module. I have a requirement from client to install OTL, with Payroll and Projects integration. 

We have already finalized  the timecard format as Projects with Payroll. The requirement is the data entered by employees (hours) should be transferred to both Payroll and Projects. 

In this format, we are entering the hours against the Project Code, and hence it can be directly transferred to the Projects by seeded Conc programs. 

My question is, can the same hours be also transferred to the Payroll using the BEE, we need to setup different elements for this, How will these elements be linked to the Project Name to be shown in the Time card. 

Secondly, once the timecard has been transferred to Projects, ideally some flag should be updated in the system to show that transfer process has been successful. Can the same timecard be again transferred to BEE.
