14 November, 1978 - CA. Mafunga, Norman. INTAF. Killed by CT's. RoH.

14 November, 1978 - DSA. Patrol (Not his surname), Jaison. INTAF. DOAS. RoH. 

14 November, 1978 - 781083 Capt. Hardy, James William (Jim). MFC Operational. 1 RAR. KIA in Mtoko during Operation Hurricane. RoH. 

14 November, 1979 - Constable. Sibanda, Simon. BSA Police Support Unit. KOAS. RoH. 

14 November, 1979 - Constable. Madzviko, Charles. BSA Police Duty Uniform. KIA. RoH.

14 November, 1960 - Federal Prime Minister, Sir Roy Welensky opens the first broadcast or RTV (Rhodesia Television) from Salisbury. Bulawayo was to follow a year later. 

14 November, 1970 - Cricket. Rhodesia Vs Border. Venue; Salisbury Sports Club. Result; Rhodesia won by an innings and 168 runs.

14 November, 1974 - The weekly Roman Catholic publication Moto permanently banned.
