18 November, 1943 - Sgt. Oelofse, L.J.N.  (LRDG) KIA at Leros. WW2.

18 November, 1972 - Pte. Rubenstein, Terence Joseph. RDR. KOAS. RoH.

18 November, 1976 - Rifleman. Ferreira, A.J. 5 Indep. Company, Rhodesia Regiment. KIA. RoH. 

18 November, 1977 - DSA. Dube, Amon. INTAF. DOAS. RoH. 

18 November, 1977 - Trp. Miller, Mark John. KIA. RoH.

18 November, 1978 - Pte. Magede, Nabot. 8th Bn RR. KIA. RoH.

18 November, 1978 - Cdt. van Oudsthoorn, Pieter. INTAF. KOAS during Operation Hurricane. RoH.

18 November, 1979 - Sr. DSA Marumazondo, Joseph. INTAF. DOAS. RoH.

18 November, 1979 - Field Reservist. de Wet, Piet van Breda. BSA Police Field Reserve. KIA. RoH.

18 November, 1979 - Sgt. Madafi, Chinatidzo Jesphet. BSA Police Duty Uniform. DOAS. RoH.

18 November, 1850 - Cricket. Rhodesia Vs North Eastern Transvaal (3 Day Match). Venue; Salisbury Sports Club. Result; Rhodesia won by 3 wickets.

18 November, 1968 - Mr. Thompson's mission ends in failure. Rhodesia's rejection of the proposals based on HMS Fearless proposals.

18 November, 1976 - Operation Ignition commences. Entailed the destruction of a ZIPRA house in Francistown by the Selous Scouts.
