cleaning public

Hi

I am looking where is Orafce objects installed, and there are some artefacts in public.

What is your opinion to move these objects to schema "oracle"? It can breaks compatibility, although it can be fixed by search_path setting or creating wrapping objects.

My opinion is - we should to clean public schema.
