Role and Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate complex technical and operational solutions and translate complex topics into simple business language to drive the value alignment.

• Compare and position tradeoffs between private and hybrid cloud solutions

• Adopt and plan for implementation of Industry best practices for connected vehicle systems

• Provide domain expertise in various decisions ranging from first cut feature analysis, providing heads-up on technical challenges with Executives, sharing inputs integrated plan for feature rollout and informing on the feature adoption approach.

• Define and Support enterprise system integration for features of the connected vehicle ecosystem

• Define standards for information collection and data storage architectures for connected vehicle entities.

• Connected Vehicle solutions are built on Cloud based platforms, security of this platform from various external threats and attack vectors is key to preventing financial losses resulting from compliance violations, data breaches, Customer experience impact and resulting loss in brand value.

• Lead the architecture discussions for integration with Partner systems aligning with global architecture principles and business requirements

• Technology adoption: Work on Proof of Concepts for adopting new cloud native apps and hybrid apps to resolve critical technical issues which can address business and technical goals

• Lead and review architectural discussions with various third-party products and Cloud providers

• Mentor and guide the business architects in arriving at right solution for various business requirements

Experience & Qualifications: 

• 15 years' experience in Information Technology, 5-8+ years in an Architecture environment

• Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Contribute to an overall Enterprise Architecture strategic plan. Establish, develop, and promote standard architecture, frameworks, and guidelines. 

• Analyze complex business and technical problems related to the implementation of new technology and/or the customization of existing technologies. 

• Partner with other technology teams to work with business executives and end users to conceptualize new application projects, recommend technologies and implementation strategies. Then architect/design for requirements of the project within financial and timeline guidelines. 

• Understand the changing business needs of the organization/projects and recommend viable strategies for the future. 

• Author and/or Review architecture/design and other technical documents ensuring high quality deliverables and systems development across tech stacks and applications teams. 

• Review code and technical approaches for problem solving to ensure functional and non- functional requirements are met in an effective and high-quality manner. 

• Provide guidance and mentor technical teams across multiple architecture styles and technologies to ensure high quality design/implementation, re-use of enterprise/common patterns, improve code quality and testability/maintainability.

Mobile Architect (iOS & Android)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Improving processes to ensure alignment between the business strategies and application technology roadmap

• Preparing technical solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations for the customer

• Defining the overall technical architecture for the mobile application that is envisioned with the customer

• Enforce standards, frameworks, and architecture principles and governance to keep the overall architecture evolving toward the target state

• Maintain application-level roadmaps, short term, and long-term strategic plans to align with the forward -looking deliverables

• Technology strategy, direction, reference architecture, development framework standards and guidelines.

• New software technology platforms or tools evaluation, selection, and decision.

• Partnership with product teams for evaluation and prioritization of new product features
