Job Description:

Must Have Experience working with enterprise environment. 

Experience working with ForgeRock suite including AM, IG, IDM and DS 

Experience cloud deployments such as Azure and AWS. 

Experience with CIAM.

Experience B2B and B2E Identity management systems.

Custom development experience with Java and JavaScript is preferred.

Experience with federation protocol such as SAML, OAuth 2.0 and OIDC. 

Experience with tracking, build and code repo tools such as JIRA, GitHub, maven and confluence etc. 

Experience with CICD and DevOps tools such as Ansible preferred. 

Experience in all the ForgeRock products (AM, IDM, DS) 

Development of the Customer and IDAM specific features 

Review and Development of REST APIs required for integration with target applications. 

Familiarity with development languages: NodeJs , Spring, VueJs and Java 

Integration with the various applications 

Able to convey risk to all levels of the business, from management to operations and development teams 

Excellent oral/written presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leadership proficiency in the ability to prepare presentations, analysis reports, and program status reports 

Technical Skills:

ForgeRock OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIG, OpenID, Ci/CD, DevOps, IAM, NodeJS, Java, JSON, OAuth2 

Experience 6 to 8 yrs 

Nice to Have: 

Experience with tools – CloudWatch, RockMon, AppDynamics, DataDog , Elk Kibana 

Azure cloud 

Experience working in an agile environment 

Qualifications 

Experience managing Identity and Access Management solutions.

2) SAP EDI OTC P2P

Job Summary:

This individual will be a subject matter expert in EDI and is expected to have extensive knowledge in SAP ERP as it pertains to EDI. The individual will be responsible for Projects, system enhancements, ensuring AMS support is on-point to avoid business disruptions. The candidate should ideally possess hands on experience in EDI customer onboarding, Carrier EDI & 3PL warehouse integration with in-depth understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT formats. This will involve driving above efforts end to end acting as single point contact for stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Strong hands-on EDI and x12 experience is mandatory and Experience with SAP is mandatory with understanding of SAP IDOCs

2. Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay(P2P), Finance (Record to Report) processes in SAP ERP as it pertains to EDI is required

3. Exposure to EDI messages like 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 943, 944, 947 is mandatory; Carrier EDI like 204, 210, 214

5+ years of experience in EDI and SAP

Required Skills:

1. Review SAP segments for different EDI maps and work with EDI partner for IDOCs and x12/EDIFACT segment mapping as per Trading partners mapping specifications.

2. Set up and maintain Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) trading partners in SAP ERP environment per customer requests

3. Strong hands-on EDI and x12 experience is mandatory

4. Experience with SAP is mandatory with understanding of SAP IDOCs

5. Understanding of Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay(P2P), Finance (Record to Report) processes in SAP ERP as it pertains to EDI is required

6. Exposure to EDI messages like 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 943, 944, 947 is mandatory

7. Carrier EDI like 204, 210, 214 is nice to have

8. Liaise between the IT team and work with various decision makers, business partners, and customers for implementing EDI

9. Provide the overall solution design and development guidance to changes required in SAP to accommodate customer specific requirements relevant to EDI

10. Create best practices, technical documentation and design is expected

11. Act as gatekeeper to support team providing them guidance where needed and minimize business disruptions

12. Responsible for achieving objectives and deliverables for their area within the project plan.

13. Work with the project managers/owners to understand the business requirements, participates actively in project deliverables including System Requirements Specification, 

Requirements:

1. Traceability Matrix, Functional Specs Test Plan preparation, including defining Test Scope, test execution activities and run plan.

2. Supports Test Scenarios with identification and management of test data, prepare Test Data

3. Develop work products such as Training and reference guides, work Instructions, simulations, and deliver training

4. Diagnose incident root cause and take corrective action to resolve in addition to preventative measures in the future. Analyze, design, code and test break/fix requests and enhancements
