Responsible for sourcing and recruiting technical professionals for consulting opportunities for our clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with contract employees and vendors.

Sourcing from Job Portals (Dice, Monster , TechFetch), Making job postings on the Job Portal

Good experience in identifying resource from social Network

Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

Extensive experience in handling the complete US recruitment life cycle.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment process

Bench Sales :

Hands-on experience in end-to-end Bench Sales process

Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients and prime Vendors for Bench Placements.

Should have the capabilities to produce interviews and placements on a regular basis.
