v 5+ years of development/Support experience with Java/J2EE, Webservices, Spring/Struts and Hibernate
v Proficient in Java Script Frame works.
v 2+ years of experience with Oracle SOA Suite 10g/11g
v 2+ years of experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
v 2+ years of experience in BEA Weblogic Portal experience
v Experience in writing Functional and Technical Design Documents
v Desirable to have Support and enhancements experience
v Desirable to have HR Domain experience
v Experience in front-ending with customer
v Excellent Communication skills
