Successful applicants should have/demonstrate:

·         Enthusiasm and passion for building next-gen enterprise apps

·         In-depth knowledge and experience with one or more of the following languages: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, J2EE, Shell Scripts, ETL dev.

·         1 - 5 years IT experience in developing, supporting and implementing ERP/CRM/BI applications.

·         Good communication (English), organizational and interpersonal skills

·         Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills

·         Ability to present ideas in business & user friendly language

·         Ability to deliver effectively in a team setting as well as independently

·         Ability to work in a fast paced virtual environment that demands co-ordination across time-zones

·         Graduate / Post Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech., M.E. /M.Tech. / MCA) from OAL preferred colleges list with an aggregate score of 60% and above.
