R12 GL Table GL_ACCESS_SET_LEDGERS

Hi,

 Can anyone please give me the meaning of values in column ACCESS_PRIVILEGE_CODE of table GL_ACCESS_SET_LEDGERS.

 

 It contains values like 'F', 'B', 'R'.  Please let me know what those values mean.
