Job Title:           C# .NET programmer with GIS technology

Location:           San Diego, California

Duration:           6 Months

 

GIS Technology and local Must !

 

Dynamic opportunity for a Software Engineer with GIS and .NET technology experience in Greater San Diego. The engineer will review requirements, design the features, develop application prototypes, participate in design and code reviews, and unit testing.

Experience:

 

·         GIS programming (minimum 2 years)

·         ArcObjects programming (minimum 1 year)

·         ArcGIS desktop use (minimum 6 months)

·         Understanding of principles of, and programming to support, these GIS specialties:

·         Vector data management

·         Spatial query of vector data

·         Network routing

·         Address geocoding

·         Visual Studio.NET, particularly:

·         C# (minimum 2 years)

·         ASP.NET (a plus)

·         SQL

·         COM

·         XML

·         OOD/OOP

·         Visual Basic 6

·         Full lifecycle experience

 

Education:

·         B.S. in Computer Science or related field preferred
