Title: Teamsite Administrator

Location: Mountain View, CA

Duration: 6months

 

Responsibilities:

• 3 to 4 years of Teamsite Development/Administration experience
• Good sound knowledge of Teamsite and OpenDeploy
• Ability to drive projects from design phase to deploy phase
• Take ownership of all Content Management related issues
• Provide support for in-flight/upcoming projects
• Solution design and implementation based on business needs.
• Being able to develop workflows and deployment scripts (OpenDeploy scripts)
• Teamsite 6.5 SP2 experience is a must and experience with version 6.7.1 is preferable
• Good command of Unix OS security
• Support 78 OpenDeploy receivers and 1700 users
• Monitoring and performance tuning
• Create Teamsite accounts for users
• Provide file level authorization to users
• create FCR requests when needed and validating OpenDeploy and Database deployment
• Perform system Maintenance as well as keep service packs updated
• Manage the translation process between Teamsite and other in-scope applications (Idiom)
• Some experience with Java development frameworks
• Being exposed and have experience to/in formal system development life cycle methods
• Provide timely and appropriate documentation of work, such as project issues, weekly status, system designs, and technical action plans
• Be first-level support to provide 24x7 on-call coverage and system monitoring.
• Troubleshooting, analyze and fix all production issues within the smallest timeframe possible
• Being able to work with others as part of an implementation team
• Being able to follow standards and be self sufficient on certain assignments
• Great communication skills
