High Level Overview
The team is coming up with different designs and they want someone from the outside to run user design sessions and project the layout. After the design is done, they need to also design and develop the style sheets. Most of the work in the beginning will be in Boston and then it will be a mix of working between Boston and Marlborough.
Keys to the Job:
Strong UI Design and Development experience
Ability to develop UI Standards and Style Guides.
Strong experience with CSS and HTML.

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
This project will may only go for 2-3 months so local candidates only please
This consultant will be working between Boston and Marlborough - 60/40 split
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in web design / development, with specific expertise with web-based applications
- Fluency with web standards and technologies, including: CSS, HTML, expertise with multiple conventional AJAX Frameworks (YUI, jQUERY, EXT, Dojo)
- Working knowledge of Sitemesh and how to build html, css templates for use in Sitemesh effectively
- Experience with GRAILS is a strong plus
- Strong web graphics production capability and practioner experience with various mockup tools
- Experience with methodologies such as Iterative development , Agile or RUP
- Creative approach to problem solving, innovation and issue resolution
- Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate actively and proactively with others in a cross-functional team
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally and as a presenter
- Strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering highly-polished web-based prototype under tight time constraints
- This consultant will be working between Boston and Marlborough - 60/40 split
