Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing Cloud) Functional Consultant to join our client's team in the Bay Area, CA. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cost Management and Manufacturing modules, with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and lead functional discussions.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing Cloud)
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Cost Organizations
    • Cost Books
    • Cost Accounting Distributions
    • Standard, Average, and Actual Costing
    • Inventory Valuation
    • Receipt Accounting
    • Cost Rollup and Cost Scenarios
    • Period-End and Month-End Cost Close Processes
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Manufacturing (Work Definition & Work Execution)
  • Strong understanding of Inventory and Manufacturing integrations with Cost Management
  • Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, CRP, SIT, UAT, and Production Support
  • Experience with FBDI data loads and data conversions
  • Ability to interact with business users and provide functional solutions

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Oracle Product Management (PDH/PIM)
  • Experience with Oracle Supply Chain Cloud implementations
  • Experience with OPM Costing
  • Knowledge of Oracle Reporting (OTBI/BIP)
  • Redwood UI exposure

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Fusion Cost Management implementation and support activities
  • Gather business requirements and prepare functional design documents
  • Configure Cost Management and Manufacturing modules
  • Support inventory valuation and cost accounting processes
  • Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT, and end-user training
  • Work closely with technical teams on integrations, conversions, and reporting requirements
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support period-close activities

Mandatory Requirements

  • Oracle Fusion Cost Management implementation experience
  • Manufacturing and Inventory integration experience
