Role: Oracle Cloud GRC Lead
Location: Remote – Milestone Travel
(Travels required for Workshops)
Minimum 15+ years of Exp in Oracle Cloud GRC with design, implement, and govern Oracle Fusion GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. The role involves leading SoD (Segregation of Duties), risk management, and access control frameworks across Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and secure business operations.
a)Deep expertise in SoD design and conflict analysis, Risk & control frameworks (SOX compliance)
Access governance and audit processes
b)Lead implementation of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules- Advanced Access Controls (AAC),Financial Reporting Compliance (FRC),Transaction Controls Governor (TCG),Advanced Financial Controls (AFC)
c) Define and Configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) rules, User access policies and roles, Risk models and control frameworks
d) Establish and manage enterprise-wide risk and compliance frameworks ,Design and maintain:
Risk libraries,Control matrices (RCSA),Mitigation strategies
e) Conduct workshops (KDDs, CRPs) with business and audit teams,
f)Translate compliance requirements into functional/technical configurations
g)Act as liaison between business, IT, audit and compliance teams
