1. 5+ Years professional experience as a business systems analysis
2. Experience with Customer Facing Websites
3. Leads Management software
4. CRM (specifically Microsoft Dynamics)
5. Prior professional experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance Industry
6. Experience interpreting and writing Use Cases, Functional Requirements, Screen Specs, and Data Mapping documents
