Position: UI UX Developer
Location: Atlanta GA
Duration: 6+months
Face 2 Face..!!!!
Responsibilities:
• Five or more years of experience and proven track record.
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview. Include work samples of design specifications, style guides, design libraries, etc.
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision, prototyping tools such as ProtoShare, Axure, etc. iRise experience is a plus since we are moving to iRise and are building libraries of styled widgets. Learn new tools quickly as needed.
• Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
• Work seamlessly across multiple projects.
• Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
• Bachelor's degree or greater in digital or graphic design, human-computer interaction, interactive media or a related field.
Responsibilities:
• Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Demonstrate the ability to collaborate closely with developers, stakeholders and UX architects and interaction designers.
• Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
• Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
• Evolve the current style guide to accommodate continuously changing design needs and programs.
• Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry’s standards.
• Visual Design:
- Define visual styles based on accessibility and best usability practices.
- Create, document and maintain defined styles within Style Guide.
- Per project, create, and spec comps, and assets with consistent look and feel based off of wireframes.
- Provide developers with assets, styles, and specs.
- Create, and maintain prototyping widgets.
- QA visual design
