Unable to update the Supplier information

Hi Friends,

Unable to update the Supplier information in supplier entry form which are in ASL.

1.) Navigation: Purchasing > Supply base > Suppliers

2.) Query required supplier.

3.) it completely grayed out.

required solution: We need to update few supplier information header as well as site.

Hi,

I didn't understood the exact requirement, but may be it is grayed out
due to personalization.

Go to Help -> Diagnostics - > Custom Code - turn if off

Or else turn off the exact personalization.
