Custom form working on one instance but giving error on other instance

Hi,

We have developed one custom form on developer suit 10g ( form
Builder) which is working properly on development instance but when we
are migrating it to UAT or any other instance it compiled with out any
error but while opening the form it showing error.

To solve this issue we replaced the resource folder of UAT instance
with the working instance (Development),
but then also we are not able to remove the error.

We are using R12 Application.

Error :

Frm- 40105 Unable to resolve reference to the item
PARAMETER .G_QUERY_FIND

FRM-40700 No such trigger : menu_to_appscore

FRM - 41052 Can not find Window : invalid id
