How to Map This

Hi Gurus,

Please help Me,I have to design one scenario.

A-B-C
A is giving contract to B and B is again outsourcing it to C
and we have map this process for B
Means B is Providing service to A but B is outsourcing it C
so A is customer for B and C is Supplier.

This i can do creating service PO for C and Sales Order for A by
using bill only transaction type,

But here condition is that recognizes expense of C only when revenue
comes from A
How to map this.
