Hi,

What is the difference on WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES and
WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES_H ?

I assume the _H -table is history (?), but when is an activity moved to
this table? -When I list a flow, I see both ACTIVE, COMPLETE and
DEFERRED activities in the WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES table, and only
COMPLETE in the WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES_H table.

Best Regards,

-Jørgen

H is for History. this means anything that is repeated more than once, such
as a any activity in a loop (including timeout loops) or an activity that
errored and was retried by the error handler with have a corresponding
value in this history table.

Hi Tim,

What I gather from your response is, that if we have a lot of historic information (i.e. the WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES_H table has a lot of entries), we can delete all of this information, as workflow does not need it, and it is there only for audit trail? -or does workflow in fact rely on this historic information?
