JDeveloper and OSB

Well right now I'm in the middle of troubles.
This I have to accept it, it's because I'm brand new on JDeveloper...
But I know this is isn't the JDeveloper's group.
The reason why I'm here, is because you had helped me a lot in other
questions, and of course I know there must be some great developer in
here, who knows what I need to do, and how could be done in the best
way.
My situation basically it's that I created a WSDL file, that expose a
method that receives a bunch of data.
That data, must be changed, and concatenated, in the OSB flow, but at
the end, must be inserted in a database.
That database doesn't have anything exposed... it is an Oracle 10g
there, and well as you can imagine, the admins, and the users just
WANT that the OSB does the job.
So also by request of the customer, they want me to create a
webservice in Jdeveloper, deploy that webservice in another domain (in
the same OSB box) and then the OSB can call that business service, so
it can INSERT into the database.
I know the problem isn't the flow, or the way it should work.
The problem it's mainly the JDeveloper's webservice INSERT creation...
And well I'm posting this here, because, if I'm reinventing the wheel,
you might help me with that.. Is there a safer way to do this?

As you can imagine, this is kind of urgent hehehe as every IT
project!
