Question about JMX code for Enable/Disable Proxy Services

I wrote a java code using JMX to enable/disable the proxy services
configed on the OSB, but the workshop can't found the class
weblogic.management.jmx.MBeanServerInvocationHandler. I had add the
following 3 jar files(weblogic.jar, sb-kernel-api.jar,
com.bea.common.configfwk_1.2.0.0.jar) into the classpath, but still
didn't work. I can't found the class in those 3 jar files too. Can
someone tell me which jar file packed that file ? Thanks.
