create database link without trailing domain name

Hi All,

How do i create database link without trailing domain name?

When i create a DB Link the db_domain name is automatically appended.

How do i disable that setting?

You need to check the sqlnet.ora file; such behaviour is usually controlled there  Look for the NAMES.DEFAULT_DOMAIN parameter as it's likely set to the value appended to your db link name..
