Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Oracle Database Migration Specialist with expertise in Zero Downtime Migration (ZDM) to lead migrations to Azure environments. You'll design, plan, and execute complex database migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead migrations to Oracle Database@Azure, leveraging Logical Online and Physical Online workflows, expert in ZDM
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess migration feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies
- Design and implement migration plans, including data replication and synchronization using Oracle GoldenGate
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency
- Develop and execute test plans, validating migration accuracy and performance
- Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal teams

Required Skills:
Total experience of 10 years +
- 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Database migrations, including ZDM
- Strong understanding of Oracle Database architectures and migration methodologies
- Experience with Oracle GoldenGate, Data Pump, and RMAN
- Familiarity with Azure environments and Oracle Database@Azure
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
