Job Title:
Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant
Location: Falls Church, VA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Engagement Type: Contract – 12 months
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to support and
enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a client-facing, onsite role. This
position requires a strong mix of functional and technical expertise, with the
ability to engage business stakeholders, translate requirements into solutions,
and support end-to-end issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working
in a fast-paced onsite environment, delivering high-quality solutions across
multiple HCM modules.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate
requirements into solutions.
Design and support Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across modules.
Provide functional and technical support for HCM applications.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex service requests and system issues.
Perform unit testing and support end-to-end business process validation.
Create and maintain technical design and functional documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and
business users.
Ensure high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution.
Support enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
Participate in Redwood UI rollout initiatives (as applicable).
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
Strong expertise across multiple HCM modules, including:
Core HR
Payroll
Compensation
Benefits
Time & Labor
Talent Management
Absence Management
Experience in both implementation and support environments.
Strong understanding of end-to-end HCM business processes.
Experience with Redwood UI (preferred).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to explain technical concepts to business users clearly.
Proven ability to work onsite in Falls Church, VA (mandatory).
