Oracle dba_jobs not triggered automotically

Hi,

I had some oracle jobs running fine till 7th March.

After that,its not getting triggered automotically.

I tried to kill CJQ0 background process but it dint help

Iam pasting the snapshot with this email.

Let me know your thoughts on the same.
