Hi Guys and Gals,
Can anyone tell me about the current industry requirement skill sets
for an Oracle DBA 3+ yrs candidate.
Oracle 9i has become older I suppose. How about RAC. what is the basic
architecture of RAC. Is ASM a part of it.
Kindly let me knw about the above details. esp the skill sets.

Please browse Monster.com and other job search sites, search for oracle dba and filter for upto 5 years and get the job responsibilities from various compnaies.. collect them all time to time and consolidate.... you will get what is current trend....
