Oracle enhanced adapter 5.2.0.rc1 has been released

Oracle enhanced adapter 5.2.0.rc1 has been released.

Oracle enhanced adapter 5.2.0.rc1 supports Rails 5.2.0.rc1. 

Please install and test with your applications by updating your 

Gemfile as follows.
