Let me announce these two items.

* Oracle Instant Client 12.1 for OS X has been released

Especially if you are using Yosemite and El Capitan, it should address
installation errors like https://github.com/kubo/ruby-oci8/issues/127

* rails-dev-box-runs-oracle renamed to rails-dev-box

Use `runs_oracle` branch as follows.

> git clone -b runs_oracle https://github.com/yahonda/rails-dev-box.git
