Error running on windows

Trying to run on a windows platform. When I a very simple script that
attempts to connect I get
the following error. ruby-oci8 is installed with the help of the ruby-
installer development kit. Any
ideas?

Please install the oracle_enhanced adapter: `gem install activerecord-
oracle_enhanced-adapter` (ERROR: ActiveRecord oracle_enhanced adapter
could not load ruby-oci8 library. Please install ruby-oci8 gem.)

Which activerecord-oracle_enhanced-adaper and ruby-oci8 gem versions
have you installed?

Can you try steps in sequence from troubleshooting page
http://wiki.github.com/rsim/oracle-enhanced/troubleshooting and tell
in which step you get what error?

I am failing on step two which is verifying ruby-oci8. I am unable to
get a working version of ruby-oci8
on the Windows machine. I have tried the binary versions as well as
building from scratch. Any
suggestions?

I am using activerecord-oracle_enhanced-adapter version 1.2.4 and ruby-
oci8 version 2.0.4.

Probably ruby-oci8 cannot find Oracle Client dll in PATH.
