Responsibilities:
· Provide day-to-day support for one or more products or applications that are deployed to the PROD and familiar with support ticketing tools Impact & Root Couse analysis of Incident which related to SAP HCM, Bugfix for SAP HCM exposure to success factors , US Payroll Support SAP HR solutions of Personnel Administration, Org Management, Time Management & Payroll Create the new wage types and configured the features of the wage type processing class, Cumulation classes Work on process model by using T. Code PEST.
· Must have ABAP skills & Perform yearend activities for Time and Payroll.
· Maintain the pay scale groups and levels in T510, the Infotypes IT0014, IT0015, IT0221 through custom programs Run Off-cycle payment for employees knowledge on PCR Schemas of Time & Payroll, Absence Types and Absence Quotas. Work on maintenance tickets of Taxability Models for State, Federal, County, City etc... Work on SUI rates , on Garnishment models and State rules.
· Modify Payroll Schema with custom PCR
